Basic Program Information
Programming will begin at 7PM on the Tuesday of each session. For Sessions 1, 2 and 6, please arrive at the Sanctuary of Calvary Baptist Church (123 W. 57th St NY, NY 10019). For Sessions 3, 4 and 5, please arrive at Room 501 of the Salisbury Hotel (123 W. 57th St NY, NY 10019-same address as Calvary Baptist Church, but just past the church entrance). Please check in to your housing prior to that time and then make your way to our program location. Please note that this year, you are responsible for securing and paying for your own housing for the duration of your stay. You are also responsible for meals and transportation (to/from NYC, and within the city). Here is a Guide to help you as you plan for your trip.
Programming will end at 1PM on the Saturday of each session. You are welcome to leave after this time (and subsequently check out of your hotel/hostel according to their policy on Saturday). You may also choose to stay until Sunday in order to participate in a church service (just remember to book the appropriate number of nights with your housing). Here are our recommendations:

The registration fee for all sessions is $100 if you register during our early bird dates (see the information directly above for session specific dates), and $125 if you register late (again, see above for these details). A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due during online registration, so please have a credit or debit card at hand. Automatic billing for the remaining balance is scheduled for April 16th 2017, but you may also pay in advance.
If you would like to be a Group Leader during your session (and thus, have your registration fee waived), please apply here before registering. Should you be approved to be a Group Leader, you will receive a code which will allow you to register without paying the registration fee.
Please note that you are responsible for securing and paying for your own housing, meals and transportation (both to/from NYC and within the city). We recommend securing housing sooner rather than later. A list of recommended hotels/hostels will be made available shortly, but you are welcome to choose your own housing.

2. The $50 deposit paid during online registration is non-refundable. The remaining $50 (or $75 for late registration) can be refunded if the cancellation is made two weeks or more in advance for your given session.
